Description
In this section of the text, Jungโs โIโ reduced Izdubar to the size of an egg to enable him to enter a house to enable his healing. Following the incantions, Jungโs โIโ reopens the egg and Izdubar is reborn in a renewed form. The egg is seen here in the center.

โArthava-veda 4.1.4โ which is a charm to promote virility, making reference to Prajapati, the creator God, who is sometimes represented as a bull. The connection is to the healing of Izdubar. The entire sequence depicts the rebirth
of God in Jungโs soul, and represents a renewal of life and vitality.
